New Energy Saving Water Heater Jacket Kit from Nashua Tape Products Reduces Water Heating Costs
Nashua Tape Products has just introduced a new user-friendly water heater insulation kit that allows homeowners to realizes a direct savings on water heating costs. Kits are available fall 2011 at Ace Hardware and True Value.

The complete Nashua Water Heater Jacket Kit includes all of the materials needed to insulate a single standard water heater (up to 50 gallons) in less than 20 minutes. According to the US Department of Energy, by adding insulation to water heaters without a high R-value (at least R-24) a reduction in heat losses in the range of 25%-45% can be obtained and a savings of 4%-9% in water heating costs can be realized.

The Nashua Water Heater Jacket Kit will be available for purchase beginning September 2011 at Ace Hardware and True Value locations starting in October.
