Stealth acquires 8,500 acres of oil leases located in Musselshell, Petroleum and Rosebud counties, central Montana - Will earn 75% by drilling 4 wells - Spud date is 1 July 2010 or earlier


VANCOUVER, BC, May 22, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Stealth Energy Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its 100% owned subsidiary Stealth Energy USA, operating out of Billings Montana, has signed a letter of intent respecting 8,500 acres of prospective oil leases. The acreage is located in Musselshell, Petroleum and Rosebud counties in central Montana. Under the proposed agreement, which is currently being legally formalized, Stealth will earn a 75% working interest by drilling 4 wells. The anticipated spud date is on or before 1 July 2010.
